Data Request / Exercising Your Privacy Rights

FeeRadar respects your privacy rights. Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we hold about you.

Rights You May Exercise

• Right of Access: Request a copy of all information we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your information.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we pause processing of your information.
• Right to Object: Object to our processing of your information (for example, for direct marketing).
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to Non-Discrimination (CCPA): You will not be treated in a discriminatory manner for exercising any right.

How to Submit a Request

Because FeeRadar is a static information site and does not actively collect personal data, the information we hold about any individual is usually limited (mainly access logs, automatically purged after 90 days).

To submit a request, please email privacy@btc1088.com with the following:

1. Subject line: [GDPR/CCPA Request] - request type (access / deletion / correction, etc.)
2. Request type: Clearly state which right you wish to exercise.
3. Identity verification: Attach information that helps verify your identity (such as a prior email sent to us, IP address, or other linkable data).
4. Specific scope: The data scope you want us to address (e.g., all data / a specific time period / a specific category).
5. Contact: An email address where we can reply.

Response Times

• We will respond within 30 days of receiving the request (GDPR requires 30 days; CCPA allows up to 45 days).
• Complex requests may be extended by an additional 60 days; we will notify you of the reason in advance.
• Responses are free of charge. However, unfounded or repetitive requests may incur a reasonable fee.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we must verify the requester's identity before processing. If identity cannot be verified, we may decline the request. This is a security measure permitted by law.

Appeals and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your request, you may file a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country or region:

• European Union: Your national data-protection authority (e.g., UK ICO, France CNIL, Germany BfDI)
• California: California Attorney General
• Hong Kong: Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD)

Because FeeRadar is a static information site that does not collect user-submitted data, the information we may hold about you is typically limited to:

• Access logs (IP, User-Agent, pages visited, referrer, timestamps) — retained for 90 days
• Cookie preferences (cookie-consent) — retained for 1 year
• If you have contacted us directly: email correspondence — retained for 2 years
